Ex-CIA boss James Comey has been indicted by the US Department of Justice for threatening to kill the President with a ‘coded’ message of seashells arranged on a beach to make ‘8647’. Apparently 86 is rhyming slang for ‘nix’ or cancel (hence kill?) the 47th US president.
I’m not making that up one bit – it’s actually happening at Trump’s behest. The theatre of the absurd is alive and flourishing in Washington DC
Predictably a copy-cat in the 51st state aka Orstralia went even further. Bondi Beach detectives are investigating this early morning inscription on that famous stretch of sand: 50 74 5 13 8 67 78 31
Initial analysis has come up with this dastardly decoding: 50 bulls-eye, 74 ‘hit the floor’, 5 ‘dead or alive’, 8 ‘fate’, 67 ‘stairway to heaven’, 78 ‘heaven’s gate’ and 31 for Albo, our 31st Prime Minister. Now that’s a narrative to reckon with.
